FUPA Workout

1) Pelvic Thrusts
Begin with the pelvic thrusts. The idea is to lie down and bend your knees without removing the feet off the ground. You want to maintain this position and only move the pelvic area.
You will extend the pelvic area upwards as far as you can without letting your feet come off the ground at any point.
You will hold the top position for at least 15 seconds or more. Do this ten times and then rest.

2) Planks
The next exercise is magical because it works your entire core in one shot including the pubic area. You are going to lie down flat with your chest on the ground. Now put all of your weight on your forearms and toes. These are the only two points that will make contact with the ground. You have to remain straight.
Tighten your abs and pretend you are a “plank.” Do not bend.
Hold this position for 30 seconds then rest for 15 seconds. Do this at least ten times per set.
3) Mountain Climbers
The next exercise in the FUPA workout is “mountain climbers”.
This is going to give you an excellent option because it does a nice job regarding cardio.
You are going to get into a runner’s position (i.e. like the Olympics) and only move your legs.
The knees have to touch your chest one after the other. The hands will not move.
Do this as fast as you can.
Organization And Commitment Is Key

With the FUPA workout, you are getting a great set of exercises, but that is just the beginning. You need to be organized with how you are working out and remain committed as well.
It does not matter what type of exercise you are doing because commitment is what matters most. You need to do the workout in an organized manner and do it as often as you can.
